Mr Rogers is a mining engineer with almost 30 years experience in the mining industry.  He has experience developing and operating underground and open cut mining operations in a range of commodities.  His broad range of historical roles includes operations management, project construction and development, corporate management and financing.  Dale Rogers has developed and managed operations in Africa, South America and throughout Western Australia. Mr Rogers is currently a director of the corporate consultancy Peregrine Enterprises Pty Ltd and was formerly the Managing Director of Albidon Limited.

 

Jon Price is a metallurgist with over 20 years experience in the resources industry in Australia. He joined Sons of Gwalia Ltd in 1992 and undertook a range of roles at their Leonora, Laverton and Bullfinch Gold Operations. By the late 1990's he was responsible for their combined Southern Cross operations treatment facilities at Marvel Loch. During this time he successfully completed a major upgrade to the plant, increasing throughput to +2.5 million tonnes per annum.
Jon Price then joined St Ives Gold Mines (part of Goldfields Limited) in Kambalda and was responsible for the development of new heap leach operations of 3 million tonnes per annum and the construction and commissioning of their new 5 million tonnes per annum processing facility. He then took on the role of General Manager, managing all aspects of the 500,000 ounces per annum operation.
Mr Price joined Norton Gold in 2007 as General Manager Operations for the Kalgoorlie region. In this position he was responsible through to profit and loss for their 3 million tonne per annum Paddington facility with numerous producing mines.
Mr Price has a Bachelor of Engineering (Metallurgy) and a Master of Science (Mineral Economics).

 

Clay Gordon is a geologist with 25 years experience in the resources industry having held senior operational and management positions with various mining companies. He has experience in many commodities, including precious and base metals and industrial minerals.
In 2004, Mr Gordon founded Mining Assets Pty Ltd, a private consultancy involved in the assessment and marketing of mineral projects and was principal geologist and Managing Director until its sale in 2012. 
Mr Gordon is a Member of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy and the Australian Institute of Geoscientists and has the appropriate relevant qualifications, experience and competence to be considered a "Competent Person" as defined in the JORC Code.
Mr Gordon has a Bachelor of Applied Science (Geology) and a Master of Science (Mineral Economics).

 

Mr Copeland is both a geologist and mining engineer and has over 35 years experience in the mining industry, including 25 years experience in the Goldfields region.  He has previously worked as Regional Development Superintendent with Barrick (Kanowna) Limited, and Open Pit Manager and Technical Services Manager with Norton Gold Fields Limited and Planning Superintendent with Placer Dome Australia Limited, in each case in relation to the Paddington Gold Mine.

 

Mr Gregory is a company secretary with over 25 years experience in the provision of company secretarial and business administration services to listed and unlisted companies.  Companies for which Mr Gregory has acted as company secretary include Iluka Resources Limited and IBJ Australia Bank Limited.  Mr Gregory is currently a director of Chubu Electric Power Australia Pty Ltd, Chubu Electric Power Gorgon Pty Ltd, Scandinavian Resources Ltd, Equity & Royalty Investments Ltd, Kerr-McGee NW Shelf Australia Energy Pty Ltd, Kerr-McGee Australia Exploration & Production Pty Ltd, Conporec Pty Ltd and Eisai Australia Pty Ltd.
