PHOENIX GOLD's tenure covers 600 sq km within 50 kilometres of Kalgoorlie on three world-class gold structures: Zuleika Shear, Kunanalling Shear and Ora Banda- Grants Patch goldfield, with each project area having multi-million ounce potential.
Since acquiring the assets in 2010, the Company has grown its Mineral Resources 276% from 595,000oz gold (combined Measured, Indicated and Inferred) to 2.24 million ounces in August 2012.
All projects are proximal to infrastructure including six established processing facilities and are located along strike from several major gold camps, including:

•   +4 million ounce Kundana Gold Camp
•   +1 million ounce Frog's Leg Deposit
•     1 million ounce Ghost Crab Deposit
•   +1 million ounce Enterprise Deposit and
•     4 million ounce Mt Pleasant field.

Castle Hill Project, Phoenix's flagship, is the latest, large-scale gold discovery in Western Australia's goldfileds and it is the Company's aim to deliver a 3 to 5 year mine plan in the December Quarter 2012.
Mineral resources currently stand at over 1 million ounces of gold, representing a 4-fold increase in the past 2 years and with excellent up-side potential remaining. The Company will now aim for the second million ounces by continuing the current strategy of drilling for extensions along strike as well as at depth below the current limits of drilling (average 70m).

The company also has substatial Mineral Resources in several other, high-potential project areas:

•  Broads Dam Project 377,000 ounce Mineral Resource, covers 14km strike of the prolific Zuleika Shear which is renowned for deep, high grade open pit and underground mines.

•  Kunanalling Project → 245,000 Mineral Resource, covering +20km strike of the Kunanalling Shear, the project hosts the advanced Catherwood mine which is nearing a developement decision.

Carbine-Zuleika Project 141,000 ounce Mineral Resource, also located on the Zuleika Shear and prominent second-order splay, Carbine Shear.

 Notes Accompany Mineral Resource Table:

1.Stockpiles report material mined from historical mining operations at Lady Jane, Broads Dam, Premier, Catherwood, Bluebell, Mick Adam and Shamrock.
2. The information in this report that relates to Exploration results and Mineral Resources is based on information compiled by Mr Ian Copeland. Mr Copeland, who is a member of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy and a member of the Australian Institute of Geoscientists, is a full time employee of Phoenix Gold. Mr Copeland has sufficient experience which is relevant to the style of mineralisation and types of deposits under consideration and to the activity which he is undertaking to qualify as a competent person as defined in the 2004 Edition of the "Australasian Code for Reporting of Exploration Results, Mineral Resources and Ore Reserves". Mr Copeland has given his consent to the inclusion in the report of matters based on the information in the form and context in which it appears.
3. Information that relates to exploration and production targets refers to targets that are conceptual in nature, where there has been insufficient exploration to define a Mineral Resource and it is uncertain if further exploration will result in the determination of a Mineral Resource.
4.The information on exploration targets is based on a conceptual range of targets as follows: Tonnage range: 2 million to 15 million tonnes, grade range: 1.5 g/t Au to 5 g/t Au
